Alexander J. Eleftherakis




Alex Eleftherakis received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont in 2009, and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2015. In law school, he served as Associate Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society Appellate Division, competing in the prestigious Philip C. Jessup Moot and Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competitions. Mr. Eleftherakis received the Moot Court Honor Society Award from Brooklyn Law School, was a semi-finalist for the Joan Offner Touval Award for legal writing, and was recognized as a Top 10 oralist at the 2014 Northeast Regional of the Jessup.

Prior to joining Sokoloff Stern, Mr. Eleftherakis was a judicial intern for the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes, Jr., Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Eleftherakis is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Massachusetts, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
